WHEREAS, Saturday, September 3, 2005, marks the 37th Charter/Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Iriga;

WHEREAS, It is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga should be given full opportunity celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, September 3, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga.ℒαwρhi৷
