DECLARING THURSDAY, AUGUST 2, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KABANKALAN

WHEREAS, Tuesday, August 2, 2005, marks the 8th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Kabankalan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kabankalan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency,  GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, August 2, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Kabankalan.ℒαwρhi৷
