DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 11, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA

WHEREAS, Monday, July 11, 2005 marks the 136th birth anniversary of Dr. Pio Valenzuela;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the residents of the City of Valenzuela, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, July 11, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Valenzuela.ℒαwρhi৷
