DECLARING A PARCEL OF RECLAIMED LAND, LOCATED IN BARANGAY COLON, MUNICIPALITY OF NAGA, PROVINCE OF CEBU, AS SITE OF THE POWER PLANT FACILITIES OF THE NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION (NPC), DECLARING THE SAME ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE, AND TRANSFERRING ITS OWNERSHIP TO NPC, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE PROCLAMATION NO. 810 DATED MARCH 15, 2005
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby declare a certain parcel of reclaimed land, located in Barangay Colon, Municipality of Naga, Province of Cebu, as site of the power plant facilities of the National Power Corporation (NPC), declaring the same alienable and disposable and no longer necessary for public service, and transferring its ownership to NPC, amending for the purpose Proclamation No. 810 dated March 15, 2005, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to actual survey, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue a Special Patent in the name of the National Power Corporation covering the area herein described as site of the power plant facilities, subject to applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Further, since public service requires the land being leased to qualified private parties, the lease of the subject land to private parties is hereby authorized.ℒαwρhi৷
