DECLARING AS CIVIL RESERVATION FOR PUBLIC MARKET SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN BRGY. POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF LAGAWE, PROVINCE OF IFUGAO, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by the virtue of the powers vested in me by the law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby declare as civil reservation for public market site purposes certain parcels of land of public domain located in Brgy, Poblacion, Municipality of Lagawe, Province of Ifugao, Island of Luzon, containing an aggregate area of Five Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Seven (5,477) square meters, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:
LOT 558, CAD-996-D
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 558, Cad-996-D, Lagawe Cadastre), situated at Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Lagawe, Province of Ifugao, Island of Luzon.
Bounded on the SW., along lines 1-2 by Lots 559; on the W., along line 2-3 by Inquilling Drive (10.00 m. wide); on the NE., along lines 3-4-5- by Lots 556 and 557; and on the E., along lines 5-6-1 by Lots 554 and 560, all of Cad-996-D, Lagawe Cadastrel.
Beginning at point marked "1" on plan being N. 29 deg. 59’ E., 2,843.34 meters from BLLM No. 1, Cad No. 996-D, Lagawe Cadastre, thence:

N. 33 deg. 00’ E., 56.94 m. to point 3;
S. 57 deg. 55’ E., 16.85 m. to point 4;

Bounded on the S., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 562 and 554; on the W., along lines 3-4-5-6-7-8 by Lot 530, 531, 536, 535, 534 and Inquilling Drive; on the N., along lines 8-9-10-11 by Lot 537; and on the E., along line 11-1 by Lot 562, all of Cad-996-D, Lagawe Cadastre.
Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 43 deg. 59’ E., 554.12 meters from BLLM No. 1, Cad. 996-D, Lagawe Cadastre, thence:
S. 58 deg. 02’ W., 99.07 m. to point 2;
N. 72 deg. 57’ W., 24.56 m. to point 3;

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. Conc. Mons 15 x 60 cm. Bearing Grid. Date of Survey: December 1, 1987 – May 3, 1988 executed by Geodic Engineer Dominador B. Aurelio and was approved on December 16, 1991.
