DECLARING MONDAY, APRIL 25, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ISABELA, PROVINCE OF BASILAN

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 9023, converting the Municipality of Isabela into a component city of the Province of Basilan, was signed into law on April 25, 2001;

WHEREAS, Monday, April 25, 2005, marks the 4th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Isabela, Province of Basilan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Isabela be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, April 25, 2005, as special (non-working)day in the City of Isabela, Province of Basilan.ℒαwρhi৷
