DECLARING A PARCEL OF RECLAIMED LAND, LOCATED IN BARANGAY COLON, MUNICIPALITY OF NAGA, PROVINCE OF CEBU, AS ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE ACCORDING TO LAW, FOR PURPOSES OF CONSTRUCTION THEREIN A POWER PLANT FACILITY
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby declare a parcel of reclaimed land, located in Barangay Colon, Municipality of Naga, Province of Cebu, as alienable and disposable according to law, for purposes of constructing therein a power plant facility, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized on behalf of the Republic of the Philippines, to execute the necessary contract as provided by law allowing the use of the aforesaid property as site for the construction and operation of the power plant facilities.ℒαwρhi৷
