DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PARAÑAQUE

WHEREAS, Sunday, February 13, 2005, marks the foundation day anniversary of the City of Parañaque;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Parañaque to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, February 14 2005 be declared as special (non-working) day instead of February 13, 2005, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Parañaque be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, February 14, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Parañaque.ℒαwρhi৷
