DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TALISAY

WHEREAS, Friday, February 11, 2005, marks the 7th Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Talisay;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Talisay be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, February 11, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Talisay.ℒαwρhi৷
