DECLARING FRIDAY, AUGUST 19, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF QUEZON, PROVINCE OF ISABELA.

WHEREAS, Friday, August 19, 2005, marks the birth anniversary of President Manuel L. Quezon;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Quezon, Isabela be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, August 19, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Quezon, Isabela.ℒαwρhi৷
