RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE NEW ALBAY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE NEW ALBAY, MARAGUSAN, COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserved for school site for purposes of the New Albay Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, (DepEd), a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in New Albay, Maragusan, Compostela Valley Province, Island of Mindanao, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land more particularly prescribed as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 574-A, Csd-11-006073-D) situated in New Albay, Maragusan, Compostela Valley Province. Bounded on the North, along line 3-4 by Lot No. 574-B (Lot No. 1204, Pls-633), Csd-11-006073-D; on the East, along line 4-5 by Lot No. 595; on the South along line 5-1 by Lot No. 598, along line 1-2 by Lot No. 579, all of Pls-633; and on the West along line 2-3 by Lot No. 574-B (Lot No. 1204, Pls-633) Csd-11-006073-D. Beginning at point marked "1" on plan, being N. 44-47 E., 3224.35 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-633, thence;
S. 89 deg. 31 W., 67.81 m. to point 2;
N. 01 deg 00 E., 137.60 m. to point 3;
N. 86 deg. 10 E., 215.58 m. to point 4;

Beginning an area of THIRTY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE (30,671) square meters. All point referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by Old PLS and P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearings true/grid, June 1, 1979 date of survey by Geodetic Engineer Jose Obguia and was approved on June 20, 1979.
The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, or lease or other disposition until again declared alienable by Proclamation by the President.
