DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALVAR, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Monday, September 27, 2004, marks the birth anniversary of General Miguel Malvar, the last general of the Philippine Revolution to surrender to the Americans;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, September 27, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
