WHEREAS, Friday, August 20, 2004, marks the 43rd Charter Day anniversary of the City of Lucena;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lucena be given full opportunity to commemorate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, August 20, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Lucena.ℒαwρhi৷
