RESERVING FOR GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAPATAGAN, LANAO DEL NORTE CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAPATAGAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition, or settlement and reserve for government center site purposes of the Municipality of Kapatagan, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Kapatagan, Province of Lanao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, containing an aggregate of Seventy One Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Six (71, 386) square meters, more or less, subject to private rights, if any there be and to actual survey, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, (Lot 1268, Pls-35), situated in Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SW., NW., & NE., along lines 19-1-2-3-4-5-6-7 by Road; on the SE., along lines 7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-18-19 by National Highways.
Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan being S., 51 deg. 35 W., 92.26 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-35, thence:

These lots were surveyed in accordance with existing regulations promulgated thereunder by Geodetic Engineer Lorenzo Liwanag on December 22, 1933 to December 28, 1940 and approved on October 23, 1950.
