RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE IHAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN IHAN, KIBLAWAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, president of the Philippines, do hereby withdrawn from sale or any other form of disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Ihan National High School, under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain containing an area of FIFTEEN THOUSAND (15,000) SQUARE METERS, situated at Ihan, Kiblawan, Province of Davao Del Sur, subject to private rights, if there be any, and to final survey, which portion of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1075-A, Csd-112406-011440), situated in Barangay Ihan, Municipality of Kiblawan, Davao del Sur.
Bounded on the Northeast along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 1075-B, Csd-112406-011440; along line 3-4 by Lot 1074, Pls 632, Ext. (Lot 124-A, Csd-11-007603-D); on the Southeast, along line 4-5; on the Southwest, along lines 5-6-7-8 both by lot 1075-C, Csd-112406-011440; and on the Northwest, along line 8-1 by Lot 8451, Pls-220, Malalag Public Land Subdivision.
Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 67 deg 34 W1204.97 m. from BLLM NO. 263, Pls-220 thence;
S. 18 deg 13 W., 100.00 m. to point 2;
S. 80 deg 59 E., 15.25 m. to point 3;
S. 16 deg. 19 W., 175.76 m. to pint 4;
N. 40 deg. 38 W., 116.67 m. to point 5;
N. 35 deg. 41 E., 82.25 m. to point 6;
S. 79 deg. 18 E., 19.94 m. to point 7;
N. 15 deg. 57 E., 125.48m. to point 8;
S. 81 deg. 01 E., 40.00 m. to point of
beginning containing an area of FIFTENN THOUSAND (15,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less.
All corners marked on the ground are "GS" Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 X 40 cm. Bearing true. Date of original survey March 8, 1960 to February 28, 1961; Date of Subdivision survey February 23, 1993 executed by Geodetic Engineer Salvador H. Mendoza and was approved on August 26, 1993.ℒαwρhi৷
The tract of land herein shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
