DECLARING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN BARANGAY SAN LORENZO, MUNICIPALITY OF MAUBAN, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, ISLAND OF LUZON, FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE SAN LORENZO PRIMARY SCHOOL

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve, a certain parcel of public domain situated in Sitio Aluhin, Barangay of San Lorenzo, Municipality of Mauban, Province of Quezon for school site purposes of the San Lorenzo Primary School under the administration of the Department of Education, containing an area of Two Thousand Two Hundred Forty Four (2,244) square meters, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land, (shown plan RL-04-000100-D), situated in Sition Aluhin, Barangay San Lorenzo, Municipality of Mauban, Province of Quezon, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2-3-4 by Lot –2762, CAD-245; on the SE., along lines 4-5 by public land legal aesement (3,00 m. wide), Aluhin river; on the N. along line 7-1 by Provincial Road.

Beginning at a point marked "1" RL-04-000-100-D being N. 65° 02" E. 200.94 m. from BBM # 24 Cad-245, Mauban Cadastre, thence:

S. 36° 02’ E., 48.28 m. to pont 2;

S. 11° 01’ W., 26.79 m. to point 3;

S. 12° 35’ E., 22.20 m. to point 4;
