CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BALACAD, CITY OF LAOAG, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, AS A TOURISM ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the power vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippines Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a tourism economic zone, an area located in Barangay Balacad, City of Laoag, Provice of Ilocos Norte, henceforth to the known as FORTH ILOCANDIA TOURISM ECONOMIC ZONE, consisting of SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDED EIGHTY (774,680) more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
