RESERVING FOR BARANGAY SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY QUIRINO DISTRICT, PADADA, DAVAO DEL SUR.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from the sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for Barangay Site Purposes under the Administration of the Local Government Unit, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at barangay Quirino District, Padada, Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao and more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 9, Blk-32, Ts-229-D
(Barangay Site of Quirino District)

A parcel of land known and identified as Lot No. 9, Blk-32, Ts-229-D, situated in Municipality of Padada, Province of Davao del Sur. Bounded on the North, along line 2-3 by Lot 7, on the East, along line 3-4 by Road, on the South, along line 4-1 by Lot 11, and on the West, along line 1-2 by Lot 8, all of Ts-229-D, Padada Townsite. Thence:

N. 03 deg. 20’ E.,  20.00 m. to point 2;

S. 86 deg. 40’ E.,  27.00 m. to point 3;

S. 03 deg. 20’ W.,  20.00 m. to point 4;

N. 86 deg. 40’ W.,  27.00 m. to point of

Beginning, containing an area of FIVE HUNDRED FORTY (540) SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS. All corners marked on Plan are "P.L.S." cyl. conc. Mons. 15x60 cm. Bearings, True. Date of Original Survey, April 14 - May 10, 1952 by Geodetic Engineer Antonio Hernandez and was approved on March 16, 1953.
