AMENDING PROCLAMATION 423, DATED JULY 12, 1957 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE FORT ANDRES BONIFACIO (FORMERLY FORT WILLIAM MCKINLEY) MILITARY RESERVATION, BY SEGREGATING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY LOWER BICUTAN, TAGUIG, METRO MANILA AND RESERVING THE SAME AS SITE OF THE SPORTS COMPLEX OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAGUIG.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation 423, which established the Fort Andres Bonifacio Military Reservation, by segregating a certain portion of the land embraced therein located at Brgy. Lower Bicutan, Municipality of Taguig, Metro Manila, and reserving the same as site of the Sports Complex of the Municipality of Taguig, Metro Manila subject to private rights, if there be any, and to final survey, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTIONS

A PARCEL OF LAND (DESCRIBED AS LOT 2-B) being a portion of Lot 8057 Mcadm 590-D Taguig Cadsral Mapping, under Proclamation No. 7227, situated in Barangay Lower Bicutan, Municipality of Taguig, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon, bounded on the East along Lines 1-2-3 by lot 2-A (Proposed Site of eh DPWH Housing Project); on the South along Line 4-5-6 by proclamation No. 376, National Science Development Board Building, and on the North along Line 6-1 by Lot 2, Swo-13-000258, Upper Bicutan.

Beginning at appoint marked "1", Lot 2-B on the attached Plan, being S.26 deg. 54’ W.,4,396.22 m from BLLM-1, Mcadm-590-D, Taguig, Cadastral Mapping to corner 1, thence:

S. 14 deg. 00’E., 126.01 m to pint 2;

S. 26 deg. 28’W., 199.18 m to point 3;

N. 87 deg. 05’W., 111.59 m to point 4;

N. 41 deg. 25’E., 85.85 m to point 5;

Beginning, containing an area of FORTY TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE (42,483.00) SQUARE METERS, more or less.
