DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 31, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
WHEREAS, Wednesday, March 31, 2004, marks the 3rd Charter Day anniversary of the City of Sipalay, Negros Occidental;
WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their Citys history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, March 31, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay, Negros Occidental.1aшphi1
