DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, Friday, February 17, 2004, marks the 65th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of General Santos and Kalilangan Festival;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, February 27, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
