DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF KIDAPAWAN

WHEREAS, Thursday, February 12, 2004, marks the 6th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Kidapawan

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, February 12, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
