RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED IN BARANGAY VALENCIA, QUEZON CITY AS SOCIALIZED, HOUSING SITE AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN FOR DISPOSITION IN FAVOR OF THE ACTUAL AND BONAFIDE OCCUPANTS
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by the virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve a certain parcel of land, a portion of the Old santolan Road, located in Barangay Valencia, Quezon City as socialized housing site under the administration of the National Housing Authority and declare the same open for disposition in favor of the actual and bonafide occupants, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
A PARCEL OF LAND, (Portion of Old Santolan Road) described on Plan NR-00-000003, situated in Barangay Valenci, Quezon City, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 5, (LRC) Psd-335633 (Susana Realty Inc.); on the NE., along line 2-3 by Lot 7, (LRC) Psd-335633 (Susana Realty Inc.); on the SE., along line 3-4, by Santolan Road; along lines 4-5-6-7-8, by Road Lot 39; on the SW., alone lines 8-9-10 by existing road; on the NW., along line 10-11 by Lot 38, Blk. 2, Pcs-13-000298 (Property of Benjamin and Cynthia B. Tinoko), along lines 11-12-13, by Blk. 45 and Lots 1 to 6, Blk. 26, along lines 13-14-15-16-17, by Lots 1 to 3 (property of Arsenio L. Co, Alaric C. Sy and Alfredo A. Francisco, Sr./ et al., respectively), Blk 25, along line 17-1 by Blk 37 all of Pcs-04-000807 (Ayala Investment and Development Corporation and Group Developers, Inc.).
Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan being S.67° 54 E., 6481.73 m. from BLLM No. 1, Marikina City, thence:

Such part or parts of the area herein reserved as socialized housing and declared open for disposition which are being used or earmarked for public purposes shall be excluded from disposition.
