PROCLAMATION NO. 506 DECLARING TUESDAY, DECEMBER 23, 2003, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Tuesday, December 23, 2003, marks the 3rd Charter Day anniversary of the City of Bayawan;

WHEREAS, it is only proper to give the people of the City of Bayawan full opportunity to commemorate the occasion with fitting ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, December 23, 2003, as special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
