DECLARING SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ANTONIO, ZAMBALES, TO BE KNOWN AS DON TEODORO R. YANGCO DAY

WHEREAS, Saturday, November 9, 1861 marks the birth anniversary of Don Teodoro Rafael Yangco, an illustrious son of San Antonio, Zambales, who in his time earned the title "The Great Filipino Philanthropist" and "The Grand Old Man of Philippine Commerce"; and

WHEREAS, the people of San Antonio, Zambales, should be given full opportunity to commemorate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, November 9, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Antonio, Zambales, to be known as Don Teodoro R. Yangco Day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
