RESERVING FOR OFFICE SITE PURPOSES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (DENR) PROVINCIAL AND COMMUNITY ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICES, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED AT BARANGAY TELAJE, MUNICIPALITY OF TANDAG, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, or settlement and reserve for office site purposes for the use of the Provincial and Community Environment and Natural Resources in Surigao del Sur Offices under the administration of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, subject to private rights, if there be any, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Telaje, Municipality of Tandag, Province of Surigao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 4371-D, Csd-116819-011071-D), identical to Lot 4416, Cad-392-D, Tandag, Cadastre, situated in the Barangay of Telaje, Municipality of Tandag, Province of Surigao del Sur, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 4371-C, Csd-116819-011071-D; lines 2-4 by Lot 3965, Cad 392-D, Tandag Cadastre; on the SE., and NW., along lines 4-7-1 by lot 4371-E, Csd-116819-011071-D, identical to Lot 4417, Cad 392-D, Tandag Cadastre. Beginning at the point marked "1" on the plan being S., 28 deg. 01 'W., 1055.90 meters from BLLM No. 1 of Cad 392-D, Tandag Cadastre, thence;
