DECLARING WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LUCENA
WHEREAS, Wednesday, August 20, 2003, marks the 42nd Charter Day anniversary of the City of Lucena;
WHEREAS, it is only proper to give the people of the City of Lucena full opportunity to commemorate the occasion with fitting ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, August 20, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Lucena.
