DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 3, 2003, marks the 35th Charter Foundation anniversary;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Iriga should be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 3, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
