RESERVING FOR THE USE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (DENR) AND THE OFFICE OF MUSLIM AFFAIRS (OMA), CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT UPPER CALARIAN, ZAMBOANGA CITY, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for the use of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the Office of Muslim Affairs (OMA), certain parcel of land of the public domain located in Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City, Island of Mindanao, subject to actual survey and delineation on the ground, and to private rights, if any, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:
LOT 2076, CAD-14
A parcel of land known as Lot 2076, Cad-14, situated in the Barangay of Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City, Island of Minadanao. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by road to San Ramon, 20 m. wide; on the NW., along line 2-3 by lot 2025-B, Psd-10742, David 0. Luna Memorial Association; along lines 3-4-5 by Lot 2014-B, laudit Almonte; on the NE., along line 5-6 by Lot 317, Cad-14; on the SE., along line 6-1 by lot 309-A, Lot 1= Lot 2018.1 Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S. 67° 02' E., 296.68 m. from Mon. 102, Cad-14, Zamboanga Townsite Cadastre, thence:

The area reserved herein shall be equally divided between the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the Office of Muslim Affairs. The subdivision of the area shall be undertaken by the DENR insuring the following:
1. The frontage of both DENR and OMA must be along the National Highway to ensure easy access of both its employees and clientele; and
2. That the subdivision shall not affect the present regional office building of OMA.
