DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 23, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG

WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 23, 2003, marks the 43rd Charter Day anniversary of the City of Gingoog;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE,  I, ALBERTO G.  ROMULO,  by  order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 23, 2003 as a special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog.

Done in the City of Manila, this 27th day of May, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Three.
