DECLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 19, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR

WHEREAS, Thursday, June 19, 2003, marks the 38th Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Northern Samar;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Northern Samar be given full opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, June 19, 2003, as a special day in the Province of Northern Samar.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
