DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 31, 2003 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE

WHEREAS, Thursday, July 31, 2003, marks the 102nd Anniversary of the Battle of Paye;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Province of Marinduque be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their Province's history with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, July 31, 2003, as a special day in the Province of Marinduque.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
