RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF POLONULING NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY POLONULING, MUNICIPALITY OF TUPI, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes of Polonuling National High School, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Polonuling, Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land known as Lot 1, Ccs-11-000507, a portion of Lots 8 and 5, Ts-11-000041-D, situated in Barangay Polonuling, Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, Bounded on the NE., and E., along lines 5-6-7-8-9-10 by a Road: along lines 10-1-2 by Lot 2; on the SW., along lines 2-3 by Lot 3, both of Ccs-11-000507-D; and on the NW., along lines 3-4-5 by a Road. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being S. 83° 40'E., 2,647.74 m. from C & G.S. Triangulation Station Polonuling, thence:

Corners 7 and 1-2-3 are old BL and GS concrete monuments 15 x 40 cm., respectively, and the rest are old PS Cylindrical concrete monuments 15 x 40 cm., Bearing True; date of original survey, November 20 to December 8, 1980 duly executed by Geodetic Engineer Enecio E. Orodio, and approved on January 30, 1991.
