DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA

WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 26, 2003, marks the 66th Charter Day Anniversary of Zamboanga City;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of Zamboanga City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 26, 2003, as a special day in the City of Zamboanga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
