RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MARBEL I CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARRIO 1, MUNICIPALITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of Marbel I Central Elementary School, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barrio 1, Municipality of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
