CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE

By virtue of the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 96-191 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, certain parcels of land owned by FILOIL DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT CORPORATION in the Municipality of Rosario, Province of Cavite, as a Special Economic Zone to be known as “The Filoil – PEZA Special Economic Zone” more particularly described as follows:

CONSOLIDATED LOTS 1472, 1478, 1479, 1480, 1481, 1482, 1483, 1484, 1485, 1486, 1488, 1489, 1490, 1491, 1492, 1493, 1494, 1495, 1499, 1500, 1516 and the portion of the Manila Railroad (Abandoned Property), all of the San Francisco de Malabon Estate, containing a total area of FIVE HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWO (503,202) square meters, more or less.1aшphi1
