DECLARING TUESDAY, JANUARY 7, 1997, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAMIGUIN

WHEREAS, Tuesday, January 7, 1997, is the Foundation Day of the Province of Camiguin;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Camiguin Province be given the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, January 7, 1997 as a special day in Province of Camiguin.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
