DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 11, 1995, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VALENZUELA, METRO MANILA

WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 11, 1995, marks the 35th Charter Anniversary of the Municipality of Valenzuela, Metro Manila;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of the Municipality of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 11, 1995, as a special day in the Municipality of Valenzuela, Metro Manila.
