DECLARING AS CIVIL RESERVATION FOR STOCKFARM AND RESEARCH CENTER SITE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, REGION XI, DAVAO CITY, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF MARILOG, DAVAO CITY

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to Section 18 of Presidential Decree No. 705, otherwise known as the Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines, as amended, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare as Civil Reservation for Stockfarm and Research Center Site of the Department of Agriculture, Region XI, Davao City, a certain parcel of land of the public domain located in the Municipal District of Marilog, Davao City, containing an area of approximately 514 hectares of forestland, as shown and described in C.R. Map No. 393, which is more particularly described as follows:

The administrative and management of the area covered by the reservation shall be under the Department of Agriculture in coordination with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. For this purpose, a five-year development plan shall be submitted to the Office of the President of the Philippines by the Regional Director, Department of Agriculture, Region XI, Davao City, within one (1) year from the approval hereof, furnishing the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and Forest Management Bureau copies thereof.1aшphi1

In the event that the area is no longer needed for the purpose stated, or its development has already been abandoned for a period of two (2) years, this proclamation is automatically withdrawn, revoked, or cancelled and the subject area is reverted to its original status as part and parcel of the forest land.
