AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 323, SERIES OF 1952, GRANTING OWNERSHIP TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO, OF THE LAND RESERVED FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 323, s. 1952, which reserved certain parcel of land for market site purposes under the Administration of the Municipality of Kidapawan, North Cotabato, so as to grant ownership to the Municipality of the parcel of land more particularly described as follows:

Lot 1, PSM-2009

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 2951, Tss-220 equivalent to Lot 1, PSM-2009 situated in the Municipality of Kidapawan, Province of North Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Municipal road; on the SE., along line 2-3 by National highway; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Municipal road; on the NW., along line 4-1 by Municipal road. Beginning from point marked “1” on plan, being S. 8 deg. 09W., 814.81 m. from BLLM No. 1, Kidapawan Pls-59, to corner 1, to:

thence N. 01 deg. 22W., 215.13 m. to point 2;

thence N. 28 deg. 18E., 132.74 m. to point 3;

thence S. 67 deg. 53E., 215.95 m. to point 4;

thence S. 28 deg. 08W., 157.37 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of THIRTY ONE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX (31,166) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40 cm. Bearing true; Date of original survey July-August, 1949 and that on the approval, September 15, 1949.

Provided that this grant of ownership shall be subject to the condition that the land shall continue to be devoted to or used for market site purposes by the Municipality of Kidapawan, North Cotabato.1aшphi1
