DECLARING TUESDAY, AUGUST 30, 1994, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF MANDAUE
WHEREAS, Tuesday, August 30, 1994, marks the Charter Day of Mandaue City;
WHEREAS, there is a need to focus public attention on the accomplishments and progress of the City so as to stimulate the interest, cooperation, and participation of the residents therein;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, August 30, 1994, as a special day in Mandaue City.1aшphi1
