DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 8, 1993, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN ANGELES CITY

WHEREAS, Wednesday, December 8, 1993, signifies the foundation anniversary of Angeles City;

WHEREAS, the city residents wish to mark this memorable day with fitting activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 8, 1993, as a special day in Angeles City.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
