DECLARING 28 DECEMBER 1993 AS “AGEW NA URBIZTONDO” AND A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF URBIZTONDO, PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, 28 December 1993 marks the 141st founding anniversary of the Municipality of Urbiztondo in the Province of Pangasinan;

WHEREAS, the events as well as the founding fathers and leaders of the locality led by Governor General Antonio de Urbiztondo should be accorded with appropriate recognition; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that former and present residents of the Municipality be given full opportunity to celebrate said anniversary with appropriate ceremonies and activities, as well as to trace their roots and renew family ties.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 27, Chapter 7, Book I of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare 28 December 1993 as “Agew Na Urbiztondo” and special day within the Municipality of Urbiztondo in the Province of Pangasinan.ℒαwρhi৷
