DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 19 TO 22, 1993, AS “NATIONAL PRINTING WEEK”

WHEREAS, the printing industry renders indispensable service to the country in the promotion of arts and culture and in the governments efforts to disseminate information;

WHEREAS, the printing industry, as one of the most effective tools and communication, is willing to contribute to the furtherance of the countrys goal towards national economic growth; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to focus the attention of the public on the vital role played by the printing industry in promoting our governments higher objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, TEOFISTO T. GUINGONA, JR., Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the period from November 19 to 22, 1993, as “National Printing Week” under the auspices of the Printing Industries Association of the Philippines, Inc.ℒαwρhi৷
