DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF CALAMITY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF COLUMBIO, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS, according to the Secretary of National Defense, as Chairman of the National Disaster Coordinating Council, the Municipality of Columbio, Province of Sultan Kudarat, was adversely affected by the harassment of armed men that resulted in the injuries of 18, the death of 4 persons and 1 missing;

WHEREAS, there is an urgent need for the declaration of a state of public calamity in said area to normalize the situation thereat;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the existence of a state of calamity in the Municipality of Columbio, Province of Sultan Kudarat.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
