RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF SAN ROQUE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY SAN ROQUE, MUNICIPALITY OF PEÑABLANCA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes of San Roque Elementary School, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay San Roque, Municipality of Peñablanca, Province of Cagayan, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A parcel of land of Lot No. 3578, Pls-793 as surveyed for LITTO SCHOOL SITE, situated in the barrio of Litto now San Roque, Municipality of Peñablanca, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by road; on the S., along line 2-3 by road; on the W., along line 3-4 by road; on the N., along lines 4-5-1 by lot 3579, Pls-793 Evelyn Pagalilauan. Beginning at a point marked “1” of plan being N. 30 deg. 00E., 4592.69 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-793.

containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE AND PT. THIRTY ONE (4,271.31) SQ. Date of survey, February 28, 1962 and that the survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer S.P. 1-C.
