DECLARING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 19, 1993, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF BACOLOD

WHEREAS, Tuesday, October 19, 1993, marks the 55th Charter Anniversary of the City of Bacolod;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of the City of Bacolod be given full opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, October 19, 1993, as a special day in the City of Bacolod.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.ℒαwρhi৷
