DECLARING WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 20, 1993, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN ORMOC CITY

WHEREAS, Wednesday, October 20, 1993, marks the foundation anniversary of Ormoc City;

WHEREAS, the people of Ormoc City should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, October 20, 1993, as a special day in Ormoc City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.ℒαwρhi৷
