AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 88, DATED SEPTEMBER 22, 1936, WHICH DESIGNATED A PART OF THE REGAN BARRACKS FEDERAL RESERVATION AS PHILIPPINE ARMY POST CAMP GENERAL SIMEON A. OLA, NOW CAMP BAGONG IBALON SITUATED IN BARANGAY SAGPON, CITY OF LEGAZPI, ISLAND OF LUZON, BY EXCLUDING A PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN FOR DISPOSITION TO ACTUAL OCCUPANTS THEREOF PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT, AS AMENDED

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 88, dated September 22, 1936, which designated a part of the Regan Barracks Federal Reservation as Philippine Army Post Camp General Simeon A. Ola, now Camp Bagong Ibalon situated in Barangay Sagpon, City of Legazpi, Island of Luzon, by excluding a certain portion of the land embraced therein and declaring the same open for disposition to the actual occupants thereof pursuant to the provisions of the Public Land Act, as amended, which parcel is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 2, Ccs-05-000393, designated as Lot 19914, Cad-56, Albay Cadastre, being a portion of Lots 19235, 19238 and 19239, all of Cad-56, Albay Cadastre), situated in the Barangay of Sagpon, City of Legazpi, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22-23-24-25-26-27-28-29-30-31 by Lot 1, Ccs-05-000393, Camp Bagong Ibalon (now Camp General Simeon A. All corners referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: corners 2 to 5 and 10 to 31 by nails on conc. wall, 6 to 9 by wooden posts, 36 and 37 by stakes, 38 by a conc. post and the rest by old points.ℒαwρhi৷ Bearings true; surveyed December 13–15, 1989 and April 25, 1991 by Geodetic Engineer Jose F. Cayabyab and was approved on July 25, 1991.
