EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINES CANCER SOCIETY, INC., UNTIL DECEMBER 3, 1994

WHEREAS, the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 33, dated September 1, 1992, to conduct a national educational and fund campaign from September 5, 1992 to September 4, 1993;

WHEREAS, to enable the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc., to carry out its fight against cancer, it is necessary that its fund campaign be extended for another year;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational and fund campaign of the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc., until September 3, 1994.

For this purpose, all donations, bequests, and gifts received by the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc., for the implementation of its programs and activities shall be entitled to all the tax exemptions and deductibility benefits provided in the appropriate provisions of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and its implementing rules and regulations.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
